SOTA Shears Service Center

SOTA Shears factory service center is the only sharpening and repair center authorized to service your SOTA shears. All work is guaranteed. Utilizing SOTA Shears Service Center assures your shears’  lifetime warranty will remain in effect.   
 

Other brands of shears are sharpened and serviced by the SOTA Shears service center. This work is approached in the same meticulous manner as with all SOTA Shears. Only the most skilled and experienced technicians perform this service, and of course, SOTAs’ 100% satisfaction guarantee applies.

Sharpening Service        

  2 DAY TURN AROUND

Standard Service - $50.00  includes return shipment via UPS ground. Shears are serviced the day after they are received at the Service center and return shipped the following day.​

Premium Expedited Service - $60 + shipping cost - dependent upon time frame desired. Call or email SOTA for a quote.

To send your shears to the service center:

  1. Secure your shears and pack in an appropriately sized box (preferred) or bubble padded envelope. Label FRAGILE

  2. Mail to:  SOTA Shears Service Center

  3. Include Free Sharpening Certificate, or Pay at www.sotashears.com

  4. We suggest you insure the package. Your shears are valuable!
